This LHF workout requires no equipment, just you. Going through the FREE LHF Follow Along Bodyweight Class will guide you along the way with exercise videos, including a timer set up with sound effects to help you follow the time of training. You will experience fatigue, lack of range of motion, unstable areas of the body, restricted movements, etc. This is only to understand what your body lack and needs. And this program is a good way to start on the path of improving the quality of life. If the program is too hard or the intensity level is too much, we offer scalable training to suit your conditioning needs. We have regressions that go back to recovery based movements, to build you back into shape in no time. So, try this out, and give it your best. Remember to go slow controlled with your movements, and always breathe as you exercise. After all, fitness should be a healthy option, so let's keep it health first.
